I have been fulfilling traveling commissions for my collectors for many years, creating bespoke works of art from locations of their choosing. This choice of location sets the stage for my artistic interpretation. Clients trust my vision implicitly, allowing me the freedom to explore the atmospheric and compositional opportunities presented by the environment, with the understanding that the artistic process is guided by my expertise and singular perspective.

Once I have selected the commissions I will undertake and the details and terms have been tailored to meet the specific requirements of the project, I travel to the location for an intensive study period. This typically lasts at least a week and may involve multiple visits depending on the complexity of the project. During this time, my engagement with the location deepens as I aim to capture the essence of the place through my artistic lens.

The creative process usually begins with broad atmospheric shots. I then move toward more abstract possibilities, seeking elements that, while abstract, resonate with the essence of the landscape. These phases enrich the final compositions with insights gained from deeper exploratory work.

After creating a comprehensive portfolio on-site, I carefully select a set of exceptional images. The collector then chooses the final pieces from that set to be produced. Due to the demanding nature of this work and my commitment to quality, I limit myself to two or three commissions per year. This ensures that each project receives my full attention and meets the highest standards of artistic excellence.
